Robert Lee
Binnen de gezondheidszorg spelen verschillende vragen een rol omtrent het optimaliseren van processen. In vier verschillende richtingen kan er gedacht worden over het plannen en beheersen van dit soort processen, namelijk hoeveel patienten zie je, wanneer zie je ze, in welke volgorde plan je ze, en hoe houd je in de gaten of alles volgens schema verloopt. Dit soort vragen kunnen goed met technieken vanuit operations research aangevlogen worden en dat is precies het doel van het onderzoek van Robert onder begeleiding van dr. Alex Kuiper en prof. dr. Ronald Does.
